REWealth Reports help

Use REWealth with ChatGPT or Claude

Explore your firm's saved real estate analysis in a conversation, with property and household dashboards.

What you can ask REWealth

Use the connection to explore analysis already saved in your REWealth account. Start by finding a property or household, then select the saved plan or Scenario you want to discuss.

  • Property review: Read saved performance measures, cash flow, financing, depreciation and rental comparisons.
  • Household review: Explore the household's property portfolio and available saved snapshot dates.
  • Plan comparisons: Compare selected saved plans using available tax context and stated assumptions.
  • Dashboards: Ask for a property, household or saved Scenario dashboard when a visual would help.

Saved projections are modeled estimates, not a record of collected rents. Ask for the source dates and assumptions. Missing results are unavailable, not zero. Supported tax-context access requires your separate permission.

Before you connect

You need a confirmed REWealth account with access to an eligible firm and saved property analysis. You also need a ChatGPT or Claude account that permits connectors. Your organization's administrator may need to enable the connection. Your existing REWealth subscription and the provider's plan requirements apply.

Only connect client information you are authorized to share with the AI provider. Check your firm's policies before connecting.

Connect your account

  1. Open your AI provider's connector settings and select the REWealth connection your organization has enabled. If your account permits custom connectors, add the server URL below. ChatGPT may require developer mode for a custom connection; Claude organizations may require an owner to add it first.
  2. Choose Connect and sign in on REWealth's secure login page. Complete your usual sign-in requirements. Never paste your REWealth password into a conversation.
  3. Select the REWealth firm to connect and review the permissions. Access remains limited to your current membership in that firm.
  4. Approve the permissions you intend to use. If offered, select Stay connected between visits to allow connection renewal.
  5. Enable the connection in a conversation and try one of the examples below. Available tools depend on the permissions you approved.

Server URL: https://mcp.rewealth.io/mcp

A custom connection does not imply directory approval. Availability in either provider's public directory is separate.

Try these requests

  • List my properties, then show a dashboard for the property I select.
  • Show the saved monthly cash flow, loans and depreciation for this property's primary plan.
  • Show the household's property portfolio and explain the saved snapshot dates.
  • List the saved Scenarios for this property and open the one I choose.
  • Compare my selected property plans using the available tax context and clearly stated assumptions.

Names and dates come from your saved records. Missing results remain unavailable. Comparisons use the available snapshots and assumptions shown; estimates need professional review.

Understand the permissions

Properties and plans
Read authorized property, household, plan, sale, Scenario and related analysis records. Interactive dashboards show those records and supported comparisons.
Tax context
When approved, read structured household tax information used by supported planning comparisons. This permission does not provide raw tax-return files.
Identity and email
When requested and approved, share your account identifier, current email and verification status with the provider so it can apply organizational access controls. Your email domain never grants access to another REWealth firm.
Connection renewal
Allow the provider to renew its connection without a new sign-in for each short-lived access token. Membership and connection permissions continue to be checked.

The connector does not edit records, save Scenarios, generate reports, rerun the projection engine or execute financial transactions. Make supported changes in the REWealth app and refresh the analysis there before reading it again.

Data sharing and disconnection

Tool results and dashboards share requested, authorized information with the AI provider. Its terms, retention practices and your organization's settings apply to that information. Photos and maps can make requests to the image or map services used by the dashboard.

Disconnect REWealth in your provider's connector settings to remove that provider connection. Revoking access prevents future authorized reads; it does not delete information already saved in conversations. Contact support if you need help checking or revoking a REWealth connection.

Read the connector privacy disclosure and terms of service.

Can the connection make changes?

No. It cannot edit records, create or save Scenarios, generate reports, refresh market data or rerun projections. Make supported changes in the REWealth app, save the updated analysis, and then ask the connection to read it again.

Your REWealth account and eligible firm access are required. Connecting does not make your firm's records public. Provider directory availability and organization settings are separate from REWealth account access.

Technical reference

MCP server: https://mcp.rewealth.io/mcp. Authentication uses OAuth. Discover the currently available tools after connecting; the catalog depends on the permissions you approved.

Use references returned by REWealth tools when selecting records. Follow pagination to read a complete schedule. IRRs are annualized decimal fractions: 0.10 means 10%. Preserve dates, units and missing-result indicators when explaining results.

Troubleshooting

  • No eligible firm: Ask your REWealth administrator to check your active membership and account access.
  • Missing data: Check that the property or plan has saved results in REWealth. Ask for the available snapshot dates; the connector cannot repair missing results.
  • Missing tax or comparison tools: Reconnect and review the requested tax permission. Existing grants do not automatically gain new permissions.
  • Connection expires: Reconnect and, if offered, approve connection renewal. Your administrator may also restrict access.
  • Dashboard does not load: Start a new conversation, confirm the connection is enabled, and retry. Include the provider, time and affected feature when contacting support; exclude passwords, tokens and client data.
  • Enterprise identity restrictions: Your ChatGPT administrator must verify the organization's domain and configure its workspace policy. Reconnect to approve identity permissions when enabled for your connection.
